PRODUCT TRACIBILITY

UNION COMPONENTS ensures forward and backward traceability through lot number and shipment number. The lot number is marked on each part and package, and shipment number will be sent to customer after parts delivered and note into our ERP system for future check.

IQC: In-Coming Quality Control & OQC: Out-Going Quality Control

UNION COMPONENTS quality center conduct strict in-coming and out-going material quality inspection and testing, by strict inspection procedure and advanced measuring instruments we protect customer benefits in a maximum basis.

DATE CODE MANAGEMENT

UNION COMPONENTS insists all products shipped must have a date code within 3 years of the ship date unless stock was specified in advance as obsolete or other special cases.

Q: Is there anything I need to do after I confirm my order and checkout by credit card? Who do I call to get tracking information?

A: An order number will be created after the order is confirmed; customers will receive an email from UNION on the order details. If the order is paid by credit card, sales team will contact you later to provide you with the tracking information through email. Please feel free to call 86-400-680-0468 if you have any question on your orders. For wire transfer orders, we will provide the bank information and guidelines for the payment.

Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we can ship anywhere you would like. If you have your own UPS, FedEx or DHL account, we can ship it on your shipping account number, to ensure you are getting the best rates and this allows you to handle the export/import taxes.

Q: When will my orders be shipped?

A: UNION understands the importance of the on-time delivery for buyers. We are always trying very hard to meet our client’s satisfaction. For those parts in stock, orders will be shipped on the same day as soon as the payment is confirmed. If product you order is out of stock at time of order placement, we will try to ship it in 5-10 working days.

Q: What are your return policies?

A: UNION accepts merchandise returns subject to the terms outlined below and will replace the product or refund your money at your option.

All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Buyers should be responsible for the return freight.

Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, pictures for the defective ones are expected for proof, RMA report as well.

Q: What are the shipping rates and options?

A: The shipping rates will be so different from places to places; we suggest that buyers contact your logistic partner to get this information. As an experienced distributor, we have successfully helped our clients cut the freight. Our logistic partners offer a variety of route lines, which help cut almost 20% of the freight with the same transportation speed.
